I met the Northwest Exterminating team outside my house today while they were inspecting my termite protection holders out front & at the back of my condo at Puckett Down Community.
They are inspecting the Sentricon Termite System which always has active technology in the termite protectors, surrounding our condos in our Puckett Down Community. The system they put in will protect our condos from a million termites a year for three years, totaling 3 million termites. It is the best system available to protect our homes. :). The active technology never stops working.

So far they have been terrific …had a bug issue and responded as fast as posssible …jeramiah my tech in murfreesboro is wonderful….if i see bugs between services he will come back and spray …no complaints so far
Tonya Fann is the BEST ! Had a big concern and she made things perfect by taking personal interest and time to address the issue. She did not have to, but she did and this company is a very happy customer for it.
Also, Matt, who handles zip code 37128 is the boss. Dude is extremely knowledgeable and efficient. Always enjoy working with him.
