Doctor’s prescribed wrong dosage of Amoxicillin for ear infection. Pharmacy let me know about the dose is higher for my son and call the doctor but concern is the doctor should not do negligence on prescribing medication, it could result overdose of medication for 6 years old kid.
Came with my young child in respiratory distress. Made an appointment on line via the website. Checked in with front staff receptionist (older female, glasses, grey hair). She was friendly and kind. Called back promptly after being checked in. Daughter was brought to the room where female doctor came in and assessed my child. Within minutes my child was giving inhaler and oral meds. Nurse Jordan was kind to my child and to me because I was terrified at this point. Thank you to the female doctor and nurse who stayed by our side for hours to make sure my child was going to be okay. We were eventually transferred to Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital.
