I had a great experience with Madison at Ulta Beauty! She was wonderful to work with and really listened to what I wanted. I asked for wavy hair, and she absolutely delivered the look I was going for. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the waves didn’t hold as long as I hoped. Overall, Madison was friendly, professional, and talented, and I would definitely see her again.

Manager Sara really helped me out today. I left my license at the store on Saturday and I live 2 hours away. She offered to mail it to me. I truly appreciate her for helping me out!

I went to Ulta - on a mission. I needed help with my foundation. Me, a medium toned dark skin woman, was looking real ORANGE. Lookin real Donald trumpish. Had to fix that. I ran into Toni and literally said what I just typed. She went to WORK. We fist started out with the Lancôme foundation. She matched me perfectly and gave me my foundation #. I told her I didn’t wanna pay a car note for foundation and that I liked the brand I was currently using, NYX. I followed her to the NYX section and she compared the swatches. She found my perfect shade. I’m no longer looking ORANGE, thanks to Toni. Give her a raise. Shes young, but she knows what she’s doing. Very knowledgeable.... read full review
