I give this company a 5 star rating. Stephen McLaren, Sales Arborist was so prompt to come look at my dead trees that I needed cut. He answered all my questions in a professional and knowledgeable manner. He was very kind, polite and informative. The day that Salvador and Santos came out, Stephen arrived also. He showed them what needed to be done and the location. They both were very professional, kind and friendly. They worked together so quickly, safe and was done with the job in no time. This company was referred to me by a friend, who had some work done at their home. I will be calling Davey Tree Service again in the future.
What an excellent company! I had a tricky tree to take down near a pool, and they were so careful. I don’t think anything even got in the pool … not a branch or leaf. I watched them gently lower branches when something potentially damageable was below, and lift large branches to clear bushes when cleaning up. Clean up was thorough. We have a lot with 25 or so trees and I have hired other companies in the past, but none better. Our arborist, Stephen, was detailed, and his men knew exactly what to do. Our yard looks great. Everyone was so professional. As I said, what an excellent company!
Davey Trees blew me away this afternoon. Sadly, I have a lot of Emerald Green Arborvitae dying in front of my house that I spent a ton of money on 2 years ago. I called and Rob scheduled to come take a look. This guy knows his trees and he was a incredible at diagnosing and advising on the issue. Turns out, they were under watered by a longshot and some of them planted way too deep. My neighbor who has a similar problem has bagworms investing his trees. Rob was fantastic about explaining things to people like me who know nothing about trees. I'm grateful for his expertise and advise.
