I came up here to get in the spray booth tonight and was told only one was working and it would be over an hour wait. This is unacceptable. I have been a customer for around 5 years. There’s no excuse to have one booth working on a Thursday night when it’s always busy.
I am here from Ohio for work and in the restaurant industry where customer service is extremely important and a non negotiable. I read reviews for sun tan city a there were mixed reviews but decided to give it a fair shot. As we know any job that is customer facing you always see more negative comments than positive. I must say Ally tonight was absolutely amazing. She was friendly, professional, informative and very personable. Kudos to you Ally!!! I apologize if I spelled your name wrong. You definitely deserve a shot out. Keep up the great work and thanks again for all your help!!
Shout out to Lisa Butler! She’s literally my favorite person there! She is faithful to her job and her friends! She works very hard and has the best personality there is! Seeing her is a big highlight of my evening when I go to the salon! Much love to her!!! ???
