Edited: My apologies to the owner Sean. He is wonderful! He called and apologized and took care of cancelling my membership due to my circumstances. Thank you Olympus and thank you Sean!Original review: I have fulfilled my contractual obligations back in July and needed to cancel my membership because I had to be in PA for a couple months with my dying father. Twenty emails later and no phone calls back. They state I need to come to the facility to cancel my $15.00/ per month membership or show proof that I have moved I have not moved. I’ve been a member at this gym for years.. like second location in Shelbyville long. A few issues arose recently that I was very heated about! However, the owner Sean was super nice and quick to reach out to remedy the situation. I love this gym and will continue to drive my 35 miles 3x a week for a more private workout. This gym has a women’s only room and a dark room for those of us that like to hide at the gym ?
Very fun place to work out! Staff is always so nice, welcoming, and very friendly. My only complaint is parking. But that really can't be helped due to all of the other businesses. Overall it's a great place! Highly recommend ??
