Stones River Veterinary Hospital

I can't recommend Stones River Vet enough. My dog, Beef, has been going here for years, and every experience has been wonderful. The entire staff is so kind, patient, and genuinely caring, not just with the pets, but with their owners too.

A special shoutout to Adam, who has been incredibly helpful every time we've been in. You can tell he truly cares and always takes the time to answer questions and make sure you feel comfortable.

One thing I really appreciate is that they explain pricing before doing anything, so there are never any surprises. They walk you through your options, answer your questions, and never make you feel rushed or pressured.

Talkd to them with concerns about my cat having diarrhea and vomiting after eating something she shouldn't have. This was the first time she had ever had diarrhea and I was super concerned if she needed to go to the vet or not. I called and the woman who answered the phone was calm and collected and reassured me that she should be fine within the next day. They didn't charge me for asking a question and they were super informative on how gastrointestinal inflammation works in cats and if and when I should bring her into the vet. Overall the staff was kind and efficient.

We love it here! We take our dogs for all their vet care. We recently had to put one of our dogs down and the amount of caring and support they gave us was second to none. it really helped make the devastating process easier to get through. All the doctors and staff are great. We highly recommend.
