These guys are the truth! Ask and you shall receive! They are so personable and attentive the their customers needs. The negative responses must be due to People mad at their properties lack of service cause this place holds us down! If you have an issue, hit silver Linings up personally and explain your issues, theyre on their game and will work to make it perfect. Family owned and family experience, just allow them the opportunity. The respect and love he and his wife exudes is amazing! 10/10 experience no matter my issue has been.
New to the area. Contacted the number on line explained that our receptacle disappeared overnight and we hadn’t had our trash picked up. Within the hour the receptacle had been replaced and trash was picked up. Absolutely amazing experience!
Had a staff member leave a note on our door about improper box size, stating they could not take it. I pulled out the guidelines to ensure I was following the proper disposal expectations, and the clarity of the guidelines does leave room for grey area. I decided to call the company rather than get angry at this singular person , because of my own irritation surrounding the matter. I called this morning and spoke to who I assume was the owner. A gentleman answered, and was very down to earth and informative surrounding the matter. He explained that he was considering finding a way to update the verbiage. Which I appreciated.
