Over the past years, my experience has extremely declined at Sanitas. I used to love going here for several years. Last year, I was over charged for over 100 dollars for my dietician that I was told was completely covered. I had to keep a written log of all the times they would call me to collect money even though they told me they were looking into this wrong billing. It eventually did get fixed and they removed the wrong charges.It took many months to get it fixed. This caused a lot of stress and disruptions for months from the constant calls. I still wanted to go to this office even after the incident. Now I'm having issues getting my appropriate medication. My perception was changed (half of what i had been taking for over a year) without any notification. When I tried to see if it was an accident, I was told I needed an appointment. I wasn't due for my annual physical for a month. I filed a complaint and haven't heard back yet.

I have multiple health issues that have required me to see the doctor on a regular basis for the last 32 years. I recently encountered issues and the hospital I had been going to no longer accepted my insurance leaving me to find a new insurance plan as well as six different doctors and specialists. It was overwhelming to me but I finally was successful and got insurance through Blue Cross Blue Shield and also a phenomenal primary care doctor Dr Melinda Rosner at Blue Cross Blue Shield facility called Sanitas Medical Group here in murfreesboro. I cannot praise the care and the compassion that I have received enough and highly recommend Blue Cross Blue Shield and Sanitas Medical Group looking for or wanting to change their medical care. I personally want to thank each and every one of their entire staff from the reception is to the technicians and the doctors as well as the entire Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance team who have resolved any issue that I have encountered. Thank you and God bless!

I tried to schedule a sick visit with my primary doctor. After being hung up on after waiting 20 minutes on the phone, I went to the office in Murfreesboro in person to schedule a sick visit. I was told they were only taking urgent care appointments due to short staffing. My doctor could see me if I paid the $50 urgent care co-pay, but not as an established patient. The waiting room was empty at the time. Healthcare is truly broken and only interested in making a profit. I will be finding a new primary doctor. So disappointing, Sanitas!

Mandy, a Referral Coordinator, for this facility is wonderful. Although I had some difficulty with timing and staffing, Mandy somehow managed to turn a stressful situation into a seamless process. She was quick to help me feel valued, important and as a priority. Thank you, Mandy. Your kindness and knowledge is so very much appreciated. You deserve the best this world has to offer and Sanitas is lucky to have you.

The staff is amazing, and I love that they have so many different testing options in house. I was able to see a PCP, GYN, have lab work taken, and an ultrasound at one location.
