I was very impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of the entire staff of Salem Creek Family Dental. They discussed my problem with me, going over all the options to solve my problem and helping me to arrive at the best and most economical solution to my problem. I will certainly recommend Salem Creek Family Dental to any one needing dental care.

In my opinion, a good dental office needs 3 main factors to provide a good patient experience. Those factors are: 1. A knowledgeable and skilled dentist, 2. Skilled dental assisting staff, and 3. An organized and clear billing system. Salem Creek Family Dental knocks it out of the park on all three counts. Let’s go deeper.

1. Dr. Costello is an excellent dentist. Since I’m someone with myriad chronic illnesses that impact my teeth and how I’m able to tolerate dental work, finding a knowledgeable dentist can be very challenging. I have been getting my regular cleanings from Brittany at Salem Creek for a few years now and have been very pleased. I recently needed some more extensive work, and must admit, I was a little apprehensive. However, I am glad to say, now that the work is complete, I couldn’t be happier. The majority of the work was done by Dr. Skidmore and dental assistant Kat. They were both outstanding. Dr. Skidmore performed an extraction and quite a bit of drilling, all with no pain whatsoever.
