I have been going to see Tonya for years for bodywork and myofascial care since my c-section. Since then she helped with getting my body ready for a VBAC with my second baby which was successful, and I’m expecting again so going to see her is a must for my aches and pains. Tonya is extremely skilled in her craft. I was in a bad car accident and living with severe pain. This particular treatment is the only thing that helped me, even after surgery and chiropractic care, etc. I highly recommend her and I think the world of her!

Tonya has truly changed my life. I came to her with constant low back pain, and after her myofascial release sessions, I can honestly say my low back is pain-free. I’ve been able to work out again, build strength, and just move through my days feeling healthier. She’s not only skilled at what she does, she genuinely cares and takes the time to listen and understand what your body needs. I’m so grateful for her.
