We had an amazing first experience with Prentice Alsup for a repair last week during the Middle Tennessee ice storm. The blower motor went out on our unit and we got on the schedule first thing in the morning. They had a tech out to our house by 1:00 that afternoon! Richard, their tech, was professional, kind, and VERY knowledgeable. Thank you to Prentice Alsup for getting our unit repaired quickly and for a very fair price!
Prentice Alsup over preformed as usual. Called them early today about our AC not working properly. Temps going to be mid nineties today and they were swamped. Told us it would be the following day before they could get to us. Richard and his helper called the same day asking if we were home and if they could come right then. Had the problem fixed within 30 minutes and cool air again! Thanks Prentice Alsup for the tremendous service.
Their team was wonderful! Could not recommend them more. They were so quick and efficient in replacing our unit. We stumbled upon them because our neighbor was receiving service from them, so we requested a quote from the tech (we were in the market for a new unit). He was able to get us a quote in less than an hour! We scheduled the replacement right away as they offered the best pricing. We got very lucky and are so happy with their services.
