The overall culture is amazing! Plenty of work offered on a daily basis. Room for growth and relocation options. Cons: Cable is not for everyone so you must be ready to learn something new every day! For me that is what makes it exciting something different daily!

I’ve worked for multiple companies doing directv work and next solutions has been the best one. Enjoy always having a new scenery everyday with this job and getting to be outside instead of stuck in a factory with someone watching your every move. A lot of freedom in the job. Pay is what you make it, if your a go getter there’s good money to be made
