Dr. Jackson's team got me in on extremely short notice after I broke a tooth. Dr. Jackson laid out all options to help me to make the best decision on how to proceed. She was honest and direct about possible outcomes, but gentle and patient with my apprehensions. As someone with dental anxiety, I highly recommend MFD.
I cannot sing higher praises for the team at Murfreesboro Family Dentistry. They were able to work me in Monday after a long weekend of pain and take a look at my damaged tooth. Dr. Jackson did an incredible job extracting it same day, making sure I wad numb and comfortable the entire time. They were able to work with me not having insurance and I paid less out of pocket than expected, broken into three payments with an internal agreement. I am already feeling incredible and will be returning for future dental needs!
Great experience. Everyone from the moment I entered was very welcoming and personable. Our family will all be switching. Dr. Jackson was awesome. And the one thing that stood out to me is that she didn’t try to sell me on expensive procedures and things of that nature. She wants to take other approaches before doing something extreme or expensive. This is what I’ve been looking for and shows me that she cares. So appreciative to have found them.
