50 years old and dropped in during a sparring class.
I explained my age and being in martial arts since 1981.
I had prior injuries.
Everyone I worked with was safe fun and highly skilled.
The gym was clean and had nice equipment.
Anyone wanting to learn MMA.

Guardian MMA is the best place to learn! Whether you are a child starting out, an adult starting out, or a professional seasoned MMA fighter for the UFC or Karate Kombat! The instructors are top notch! They work with you where you are in your skill set and challenge you to take it up to the next level. You get what you put into your training. Our family’s happy place. Our kids started jiu-jitsu at Guardian just over 3 years ago. Today, the entire family trains nearly daily. We can’t see ourselves anywhere else because of the great instruction and friendships built on the mats.
