i've got some pretty bad muscle pain in my lower back and it is now worse. i repeatedly ask she not use all her force on my spine and she did not listen. not only did she make my issue worse but she also demanded that she add a $10 tip onto the total for the massage. this is not how you conduct business. i will never be returning and will never recommend this place to anyone.
