This review is not for the Geek Squad as a whole for this location, but specifically for their staff member Sky Young. I came in with a computer question which was embarrassingly easy to fix and rudimentary (I am not good with technology) and she was so helpful while also being kind, not making me feel stupid in any way. She was a pleasure to interact with and would recommend her specifically to work with! It was clear she would not try and take advantage of anyone and I walked away very happy with my experience. The Geek Squad, Murfreesboro was outstanding in installing and setting up multiple devices at my home. There was a number of items to be installed and multiple teams ended up coming over to help out. They were courteous, very professional it really helped us out.
