The tech who came to my home to check my unit was very nice. He shared his findings with me and let me know what my options were. I chose to get a new unit. Jason called and discussed the heating system prices with me. He quoted me a lower price for a cash payment. I thought his quote was reasonable and fair. The men who did the installation today were very nice and helpful. They went over the information in the packet with me. I had a very positive experience with Fann's Air Conditioning & Heating and appreciate how quickly they were able to get my unit installed.
Great service by Caleb. He was here on time, Diagnosed problem, Discussed remedy, Ordered replacement part and returned and replaced part. Everything working correctly again. Thanks Fann's and Caleb!
They replaced the fan motor on my unit. They had brought the right motor with them, and finished in less than an hour. Both men were very professional and courteous. Great visit. Very impressed.
