Family Health Associates is a well-regarded medical practice known for its skilled doctors and kind, caring staff. Many families have been coming here for years, appreciating the compassionate care they receive. The clinic has an awesome team of professionals who aim to care for their patients. Patients report the doctors build strong relationships with them and provide excellent medical care. However, some concerns have been raised about the front desk staff, with a few patients reporting issues with rudeness and a lack of patience. While the medical care is highly praised, improvements in front office service could enhance the overall patient experience.
I generally dont review medical practices because its such a case by case experience for me, but I have to say that Dr Amanda Carter has been amazing. She is probably one of the very, very few doctors that takes the time to hear me, believe me, and support me at each and every visit. She has gone above and beyond, even will come in early to squeeze me in, has spoken to other doctors on my behalf, has not made me feel uncomfortable when I've bawled my eyes out in front of her. She's amazing and Im grateful for this!!

Dr. Amanda Carter is a blessing! She listened to all of my concerns and took my past medical issues into consideration, all on the first visit, which is not something im used to, but thankful for. I highly recommend her and this clinic, everyone at the front desk was also so welcoming and helpful.

I went to see Dr. Amanda Carter for the first time today and let me just say how impressed I was with her and her staff. I was already there for an awkward reason and she really put my mind at ease and made things alot easier, she was thorough she was patient she is how I feel like a doctor should be, she didn't get annoyed when I asked questions about other things outside of what I initially went for. She took her time and took the time to find several options for me and a plan of action when I go back in a month. She had the bedside manner of a saint and the knowledge of a scholar.
