Best customer experience I ever had far as an eyebrow wax. I had Ms. Daisy she is original out of the Franklin location so I will be booking with her. Ms. Daisy was very professional, knowledgeable answered a lot of my questions. She made me feel very comfortable I was just a name or number and I appreciate that. Definitely recommend. Can’t remember the front desk staff at the Murfreesboro location she was very friendly and greeted me soon as I walked in. I spoke with someone prior to my appointment and she was awesome as well.
I’ve been going for a while and love all my ladies I am placed with.
My last visit was with Ashlyn and we just clicked! She did so awesome and I will definitely use her again! Keep going girly! ☺️
Lilly was amazing very thorough efficient and made the whole process very comfortable, she's done an amazing job of evaluating my skin and providing me with great product recommendations. Ashley at the front is so wonderful to work with she makes sure I get with the specialist I request and if she's not available she makes sure that it's a good experience. Ashley always keeps me informed about what packages and services are available. I've been to several wax centers and continue to return because these ladies make it such a great experience.
