Coming to Elements is a highlight of my month. I am always greeted warmly by the front desk personnel. The atmosphere is calming as soon as I enter. My masseuse is fantastic, he checks in with what my needs are for that session and he has done wonders for my hip problems and my stress levels.

The staff is very friendly.The rooms are super clean. I made my appointments with Heather B. She made me feel at ease the first time I went. She is so nice! She asked me about my concerns on my first visit I have neck and back pain. She then tailored my massage around that. It has definitely helped! I feel so relaxed and pampered every time I leave. I would definitely recommend Elements Massage in Murfreesboro, TN to anyone wanting to get a great massage!

I was immediately impressed by the front desk staff. John was not only super friendly and welcoming but also very helpful and knowledgeable, both on the phone and in person. He made me feel very safe and well cared for.
For my massage, I saw Dusty, and I can't recommend him enough! I requested a deep tissue massage, and he truly exceeded my expectations. He was so thorough, meticulously working on the areas I asked for, and also intuitively finding and relieving tension in other spots I hadn't considered. The pressure was absolutely perfect.
