The staff is very friendly.The rooms are super clean. I made my appointments with Heather B. She made me feel at ease the first time I went. She is so nice! She asked me about my concerns on my first visit I have neck and back pain. She then tailored my massage around that. It has definitely helped! I feel so relaxed and pampered every time I leave. I would definitely recommend Elements Massage in Murfreesboro, TN to anyone wanting to get a great massage!

I was immediately impressed by the front desk staff. John was not only super friendly and welcoming but also very helpful and knowledgeable, both on the phone and in person. He made me feel very safe and well cared for.
​For my massage, I saw Dusty, and I can't recommend him enough! I requested a deep tissue massage, and he truly exceeded my expectations. He was so thorough, meticulously working on the areas I asked for, and also intuitively finding and relieving tension in other spots I hadn't considered. The pressure was absolutely perfect. I have used the services of Elements Massage of Murfreesboro for years! Patti, the owner, is very conscientious and friendly and makes me feel very valued. Although there are many awesome therapists here, Heather C is by far the most excellent. Her technique and results are only overshadowed by her innate desire to heal and nurture her clients. I highly recommend this studio!
