She is personable, professional, and truly cares about her clients. Olivia takes the time to listen and understand exactly what clients want, making them feel comfortable and confident. Her impressive skills and experience shine through in everything she does, from haircuts and beard trims to shaping and layering curly hair. The hair washing experience is a highlight, with the soothing hot towel on the face being a lovely touch. Clients always feel better after an appointment and enjoy the pleasant conversation as much as the haircut. Olivia is dedicated to providing exceptional service and is a master of her craft.
It's not easy to cut hair for a 7 year old boy who rarely sits still and asks 'are you done yet' quite often. But Olivia made it look easy!! She worked her magic SO fast with my wiggly, squirmy kid. And the style looks awesome and effortless. Olivia is sweet, fun, energetic and easy to work with and we will be back again and again!
Olivia did an absolutely amazing job on my teenage son’s haircut! She took the time to listen to exactly what he wanted and somehow made it look even better than the inspiration photo. Not only is she incredibly talented, but she also made him feel comfortable and confident throughout the whole appointment — which is not always easy with teenage boys! The cut is stylish and easy for him to manage. He has already gotten so many compliments. Highly recommend Olivia if you’re looking for someone who is skilled, patient, and truly cares about her clients!
Great cuts and color. Olivia is a hair artist and so very personable and professional. First time I can say I truly enjoy the conversation as much as my hair cuts! Highly recommend!
