I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Flipse . He was more than excellent — his attention to detail was truly impeccable. I recently had a minor procedure done, and to my surprise, there was absolutely no pain at all. Dr. Flipse took the time to thoroughly explain every step, which made me feel completely at ease.

What really impressed me was that he noticed subtle things about my smile that I hadn’t even seen myself — and he improved them simply because he saw the opportunity to make it better. That kind of care and precision is rare.

Sedna was also wonderful — the office is spotless and has such a welcoming atmosphere. From start to finish, I felt comfortable and cared for. Dr. Flipse has the best chairside manner I’ve ever experienced, and I’ve never been more confident in my smile.

In a day and time where everything thing is so instant and transactional, I am not comfortable with allowing any type of healthcare provider to operate with me in that way! The interactions I had in Dr. Martin’s office is how it should feel when it comes to my dental health. Even the micro interactions were notable. We were in the market, looking for a new dentist already, but as look would have it, I was flossing one night and one of my crowns fell out of my mouth. The next morning we called the team at Jeff Leech Family Dentistry, and they were able to get me in that afternoon to glue the crown back on. From the moment we called they were upbeat, positive, and encouraging. They were on time for the appointment and they did everything they could to make me feel comfortable with the procedure. I saw Dr. Johnson and she was fantastic. I highly recommend going to these folks if you need a new dentist. And especially if you're nervous about going to the dentist, they make it super easy, comfortable and their office is incredibly nice.“
