I saw Sarah maybe about a month ago. She was phenomenal. Not only did she work with me on moving my appointment, she was very gracious at my appointment. I have only had my hair done professionally about 5 times in my life. I'm not familiar with services and pricing or how long things take. I booked a bayalage service for 160. It wasnt until the end of the appointment that I realized what I had described wanting was more than just a bayalage service. And therefore, takes more time. Arica has been taking the most amazing care of me for about two years now. I specifically sought her out because her work with blonde hair is incredible, she is definitely a blonde specialist. I had come from a bad experience at a previous salon and was nervous to trust someone else with my hair but Arica took such great care of me during my first appointment that I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else to anyone else now!
