Sold my lady the exact piece of jewelry she was wearing even after we asked for a smaller size and was assured it would be. I heard there might have been a personal issue related to the studio at the time, so it's possible if that's the case this was a simple mistake due to stress. I've heard great things about this place, so i encourage you to check it out for yourself, but my experience wasn't great.

My tattoo PEELED OFF. Literally came off with the second skin. They told me to come back in a few weeks for a touchup and after I drove all the way back to Murfreesboro they tell me that they only do touch ups on weekdays. MIND YOU, it was Friday… they’re telling me this as I’m standing in the shop on a Friday afternoon. I replied and said “Friday is a weekday…” and that’s when the old lady got an attitude and said that Friday is a weekend not a weekday… Keep in mind I walked in on a random weekend to get the original tattoo. So I can walk in on a weekend to get the tattoo but I can’t come back on a weekend to get the tattoo fixed after they messed it up. And also, when I originally got it, she was adamant on me coming back to get a touch. No where in that conversation did she ever say touch ups could only be done on certain days. They literally make up rules as they go.

$100 for a “bold” line tattoo, 2inx2in, outline of a folded piece of paper with a few unique angles and edges, multiple edges of the lines where rounded off and not followed correctly angles where ignored or skipped from the outline I provided and the stencil applied. Stencil made from folded piece of paper was perfect and still perfect when applied on skin but the tattoo came out not even close to lining up. 3 months now and I have 2 blowouts and a portion of the line is needle thin then the rest is bold.

Went in one night got a tat. Waited a few weeks to go back in and get the touch up done. I called talk to the old lady at the counter about the touch up and she said come up and we will see if we can get you in tonight. Drive all the way there just to be told oh we don’t do touch ups on the weekend. I mean Friday is technically still a workday. I had other work I was wanting them to do as well. Not my loss. There are more than this one. When you got dumbasses that doesn’t state rules. You make rules up as you go.

Please do your research I went to the first one I could find and now I have an infection and a slanted belly button piercing it’s so jacked it crooked and side ways!!! And I can’t take it out without the infection closing up in it! So I nasty scar for nothing! Will be attempting to get my money back as well because this is sooo not cool!

I got a Helix piercing from this place. The girls at the front were incredibly rude and offered no aftercare intrusions. They simply took the money and went back to gossiping about the others who were waiting in the shop. The lady doing the piercing was just as rude- didn’t say a word just about the entire time. I tried to make small talk, but she wasn’t having it and ignored me. When I gave her what I was tipping her for the piercing she evidently didn’t like it and rolled her eyes. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Went here a year or so ago for a simple dinosaur tattoo. Extremely bad blowouts that I've never seen before throughout the tattoo. I have apprentice work that's more complex and has less blowouts. I advised my girlfriend to not go here for her tongue piercing. She did anyways and it was pierced crooked. Don't go here for anything.

My daughter has had a piercing done there before so we went back for her 18th birthday last week she got her tounge pierced, the lady that did it was really quick, didnt look at her anatomy or anythig, she had done everything she said to do, well she developed a sore of some type and it didnt look right, ingot woke up at 4 am yo my daughters tongue gussing blood and us having to take it out..idk wtf she did to my daughter but i am possed thinkin of how bad it couldve been!!
