I took my 2004 BMW 325 Ci to ADR with a long list of expensive repairs, losing all hope I’d ever drive it again.
Kevin, the service advisor was optimistic, and sent me a reasonable, fair estimate, and clearly explained the immediate issues that needed to be addressed. He was very kind, and understanding.
Car was fixed much sooner than I expected.
Greg, the owner went the extra mile; he noticed the warm air blowing out of my A/C vents, and had it nice and cold before I drove off. I didn’t even have to ask.

I've been to this place a few times.
I'm a tow truck driver and I've never had an issue with these people but today it's uncontrollably hot and one of the mechanics came out and brought me an ice cold glass bottle of Coca-Cola I haven't had a soft drink in a while but this was very refreshing and wasn't necessary or needed but it was definitely well appreciated. The fact that they went out of their way just to make a random tow truck driver feel more comfortable to me is exceptional.
