We've moved a lot in our careers and have always had a home inspection performed. I've had a bad inspector or two in the past that missed a lot of things, but it was just the opposite with Chris and 840 Inspections. I don't recall ever having someone as thorough and his efforts were greatly appreciated. He spent approx, 6 hours inspecting the property, found dozens of issues and ultimately, his findings were a major factor in deciding to look at other options. I couldn't be there but Chris spent over an hour on the phone with us afterward explaining the issues, answered our many questions and made sure we understood the possible ramifications.

Im very impressed with the professional inspection that 840 gave me on a home im trying to buy . They really did a great job with listing everything they found with great detail . Will definitely use them again on any other inspection I might need done!
Jeff was a great inspector! He was very thorough and explained everything he was going through as well as answering my questions, as well as even teaching me a few things about my home. Loved working with him! The company was also super helpful on answering my questions about what were necessary inspections for me to get and everything felt very fair. I appreciated that the report was ready in good time as well with explanations for everything marked.
