Chris, did our inspection today on our new home. He checked everything. We were so happy with his results. He told us all kinds of things that we would have never found. And things that we could ask for the builder to do before we move in. He did a great job. We will definitely have to hire the same company to come back out at our year's evaluation.

The inspection report was thorough and precise. Their attention to detail made the builder immediately address every issue on their report. Itemized information including color photos and graphic arrows pointing to exact locations of every problem that needed resolve made my walk through simplistic. The builder had 80 percent of the issues resolved in less than a week and was excited that 840 got the report to them as quickly as they did. I would highly recommend this company every time to anyone that needs their expertise.
