I was very pleased with the thorough detail of the inspection. Nothing major was found defective in our inspection(New Construction), but there were still good finds that I personally may have over looked or not know to look for myself. All staff was kind and professional and I now have full confidence moving into my new home!

These guys are awesome! Said what they would do. Quoted a very competitive price. Committed to a date/time and was early. Completed the inspection in a very manner, and had my completed report in my possession within 2 hours of completion of the inspection, and it is full of very detailed pictures and summary information. They even went through the key points one by one. I will hire these guys again without question.

A wonderful inspector named Chris helped us a lot to understand the process and was patient to answer all our questions. He also helped us learn more things about our home and gave us pointers to maintain and look for possible issues. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a home inspection
