Waited over an hour and a half even though I made an appt online. Only seen for maybe 10 minutes felt rushed the whole time barely asked me any questions. Will never come back

The front desk staff, nurses and medical assistants were wonderful when I brought my 11month old son in. Dr Patel was rude, condescending, and did not even examine my son. She shamed me for bringing him in to be seen, and did not provide any medical advice or education. Waste of time, and money. Zero bedside manner.

I just want to say that the care here was fabulous. I walked in at 8:30 and by 9:15 I was seen and ready to leave. The nurse and NP were very caring and attentive and I highly recommend them if you have an urgent need!

What is the point of making an appointment if they skip your appointment and take tons of people who come in after you who didn’t make appointments? This location has always been a problem but the wait times and disregard for those of that make appointments and show up early has gotten particularly bad. It’s a shame they closed down the actual primary care down the road and only have this trash heap now. Avoid it. You’ll get bloodwork and things like that done faster driving all the way downtown and back in the time it takes them to call you here.

I have been to this location multiple times and I don’t believe I will be back in the near future. The staff and providers are nice but the wait times are consistently insane.
This past week, I did the responsible thing to make sure I would be seen in a timely manner and booked an appointment at this clinic. However, I was not seen by a provider until 2 hours after my scheduled appointment time.
I was not informed while scheduling or by staff when I arrived of the wait time for my scheduled appointment.
I understand there are factors out of a clinic’s control that impact even scheduled appointments but the patient should be notified of these delays immediately.
That way they may seek treatment else where in a timely manner. And I might add I do not see these wait times at other similar facilities in my area.

Do not go there, my mom was suffering from a severe migraine and they have no medicine at the clinic. It took forever to be seen and doctor was not helpful. She acted like migraines only come from not drinking water, clearly she has never been experienced a migraine. Never visiting again.

I was there last year and the service itself was alright. But I presented my insurance at check in then called a few times after to give my insurance. It still never got put in the system and they sent me to collections. I only went to this clinic because being a Vanderbilt employee with Vanderbilt insurance, it seemed the best option to keep cost low. I even called ahead of time to make sure they were in network. And instead of having services covered, they charged me the full amount and sent the bill to collections.

I went to the Vanderbilt walk-in clinic today for blood work. The nurse drawing my blood did a great job and the staff at the desk were very cordial and helpful. I recommend this clinic and I would certainly return.

Waited for almost 3 hours to be seen just to wait another almost half hour just to be told i’m clear. There was no reason for my visit to be more than an hour long. After being seen I was told i’d get test results back within 5-10 but instead waited almost a half hour just to be told i’m okay. The nurse was very rough with her tools and not gentle whatsoever. Also I came in when nobody was there and then it got packed by the time they called me in and when my visit was over the clinic was empty. In conclusion, I would not recommend this clinic for anyone or any future visits.
