I had meniscus surgery in Aug 2025 and did lots of PT. Five months post op and the swelling and stiffness was killing me.
My PT girl recommended me to check out acupuncture and I am SO glad I did! Christian is SO good at what she does. She is very communicative and is determined to make me well.

If I could give Christian 10 stars I would! She truly has a gift! I found Soul Arrow after 7 months of debilitating postpartum depressions/anxiety/rage and chronic pain brought on by frequent and unnecessary “fight or flight” responses. My OB started me on some antidepressants 3 months prior to finding Christian, which helped quite a bit, mentally, but my body was still wrecked. I’ve been seeing Christian for almost a year now and I can’t say enough good things. The specific things I’m seeing her for are improving. There have been times an emergency appointment was needed for nervous system regulation and it was so easy to get it. She’s so kind and caring and the space is relaxing and calming.
