I can't say enough about Pinnacle Dermatology and PA- Valerie O'Connell.. Valerie is absolutely wonderful. Very detailed very very friendly keeps you at ease make sure that you're comfortable and always takes care of anything suspicious that can be frozen immediately.
Had an absolutely great experience here today from start to finish. Reception got me checked in immediately. Was taken straight back. Nurse was phenomenal and the doctor came right in and answered all questions and took care of all issues/concerns immediately. 10/10 highly recommend.
The administrative and support staff are incredibly kind and also incredibly professional. The same can be said of Valerie O'Connell...she puts you at ease, is knowledgeable and thorough. You never feel you are being rushed through.
