Dr. David & Dr. Nathan are straight forward in spoken words as well as actions in terms of medical care for your pets. My pet(s) are our family members and over time Dr. David & Dr. Nathan in a way became like extended family too. Mrs. Clariday at the reception is kind yet professional. I hereby HIGHLY RECOMMEND Mt. Juliet Animal Clinic and award 5 stars all across the board from pricing to professionalism and last but not least communication.

Love Dr. Nathan Clariday! I have learned to truly trust him. He tells the truth when it comes to what can or won't help my fur babies, he gives me options, he's always willing to help when I have an emergency, and he is probably the last vet around that actually offers contact info outside of business hours!

The owner is the rudest person I have ever talked to. After talking to him I would not take my pet there if it was life or death.He has the worst personality and he’s customer service is a zero, not friendly person at all, if he talks to his customers like he does there is no telling what he does to pets when the owner is not there!!! Beware!!!

I would give zero stars, but that's not possible. The staff here are incredibly rude and apparently they think all the pet owners are lying. Through the entirety off my visit today they told me that I'm the problem with my cat and then they man-handled her right in front of me- which immediately made my cat aggressive. They don't know how to be gentle or actually listen to concerns of pet owners. Maybe it's different if you have a dog, but I recommend you try literally any other vet in the city first.

I guess Dr. Clariday isn’t for everyone, reading these reviews. He’s for me though. He’s straight forward and honest, and he does what he can to save you money. Which is refreshing when many vets are becoming like a spa or boutique experience that are unnecessarily expensive. I had to put my dog down a few months ago, and I was very impressed by his respect and consideration and just the way he handled the whole process. I love this vet.
