This place is fantastic!! They have so many different types of workout from yoga and pilates to classes with bands and isometric exercises! What I love most and what sets them apart is the infrared saunas! All of the workouts are done in an infrared sauna which is great for chronic pain, inflammation, which I have as well as really warming up your muscles and then of course burning twice as many calories as you would in a regular class!

I recently joined a couple of Hotworx FB groups after going the Mt. Juliet Hotworx and I see so many posts for other locations that talk about how poorly managed those locations are. I have to say that the staff have all been amazing here! The manager, Kelsey (I think???) is WONDERFUL!! The gym is CLEAN. I go early in the morning before work and so I shower there and even the shower is super CLEAN!! No issues with other members, everyone has been respectful so far! Excellent price point is a BONUS!! Very satisfied :)
Best gym I’ve been to by far! The fact that you get your own personal sauna majority of the time is a major perk and so helpful when you have gym anxiety. The classes do a great job giving multiple options based off skill level so there is something for everyone. Would highly recommend everyone giving it a try!
