They were absolutely awesome and worked with our pittie so she'd adjust to her new environment. By the time she left, she was comfortable with the people working there and doing zoomies around the yard.

We've used Hilltop for more than 15 years and 5 pets. They care about our pets. When our old cat needed help while we were gone, they took to our vet. Have a variety of accomodations for cats and dogs, so we have had the right place for each pet. My previous large dog loved his exercise time, always came home tired and happy. When our pets have needed meds or special diet - no problem! Love the current owner and management. If I have a possible question or concern, it's always addressed well and quickly. Our go to place for our current 2 cats and small dog.
