I used to attend F45 before I had my kids, and I’ll be honest, I was a little nervous about getting back into it. From day one at F45 in Mt. Juliet, I was welcomed with open arms and immediately felt supported. The instructors are incredibly welcoming, motivating, and genuinely care about making you feel comfortable while still pushing you to be your best. This gym is amazing! I moved to Providence a month ago and tried this gym and it’s been the best decision! All the coaches are very professional and very encouraging- if you ever train with Lori she makes it so much fun! you will not regret it! Plus the music is always on point!
Sorry for the red dots, i was trying to cover faces for privacy :)
