Called Josh (owner) on Sunday morning for an upstairs unit that wasn’t cooling. He was able to schedule a service same day. Josh was onsite just a few minutes and diagnosed the issue. He had a spare part on his truck, installed it, and got my unit up and running in a matter of minutes. He knows what he’s doing. Always good to find service companies that bring quality service and knowledge. I highly recommend!
Josh came out an answered an emergency call for our ac unit that went out. He was here early and did a thorough inspection of the unit and handler and thermostat. He figured out the problem and completed the inspection in a timely manner. He was very detailed oriented and operates with honesty and integrity. Pricing was reasonable. Great experience with this company! We had a pretty bad leak (ongoing for years) and they quickly addressed the problem and helped us in a bind (90+ degree weather this week). We had a new unit installed at a discounted price within a couple of days. We appreciate all they did to get us up and running! Thank you!
