Had an AC unit relocated to a new concrete pour. Jacob supervised the project. Excellent work, consummate professional. The work completed was aesthetically great. Asked Jacob to check on my neighbors 4 zone HVAC system. The neighbor's system had 4 previous service visits. No resolve fixing the issue of constant freezing air. Jacob went right over & resolved the issue in less than 30 mins. This is an example of a person added to the company being a game changer.
Jake was our tech, he arrived on time, was very knowledgeable and explained our problem and got our A/C back on asap. I would do business with Renner Heating and Air again. Thanks Jake!
Jacob and team just installed a new HVAC system. Everything was explained so that we could understand the steps that were taken. He was very well-mannered and knowledgeable about his trade. Thank you for taking the time to set-up the new system with our needs in mind. Before doing this, he previously worked on the old air unit to make it workable for a few days until he could replace the system. This included vacuuming up gallons of water because the system had malfunctioned and water had backed into the ducts.
