Jacob and team just installed a new HVAC system. Everything was explained so that we could understand the steps that were taken. He was very well-mannered and knowledgeable about his trade. Thank you for taking the time to set-up the new system with our needs in mind. Before doing this, he previously worked on the old air unit to make it workable for a few days until he could replace the system. This included vacuuming up gallons of water because the system had malfunctioned and water had backed into the ducts.
My elderly parents(one on oxygen 24/7) A/C unit stopped working this morning. I contacted Renner at 10AM and they sent a technician out within an hour. Elijah was the technician who came to their home and he was able diagnose the issue and replace the part during the service call. I've dealt with several HVAC companies in other states & cities. Usually they will come out to see what the problem is and then tell you that they need to order the part to fix it or they will need to leave to pick up the part & come back to fix it. Elijah came prepared with the part and now they have a working A/C unit. They are a wonderful company and I will use them if I have any issues...read full review
Jacob B. was the tech who came to give me an estimate on a total HVAC replacement. Quoted price was very reasonable I thought!
Then he and Elijah L. were the ones who came and did the install. They were professional, explained everything in detail both during the estimate and post-install. The two best things about this experience were communication (Jake didn’t leave me hanging), and their prompt and quick service on install day. They said they’d be there and start at 9am, and that’s exactly what happened. I’m pleased with my dealings with them and would recommend.
