We had a small drain issue with our HVAC system and called Renner. We were very fortunate to have the one and only Mack (as in Big MACK trucks) come out. He was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and even answered all of my questions about the unit and trying to learn how and HVAC system works. Fixed our AC unit shortly after calling them. Ian was very knowledgeable and replaced the part on the AC unit quickly. Can't say enough how professional and fast this company was to respond. Will definitely recommend and use again!
Renner quoted a new heat pump for us. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. We were quoted two options for our new unit, both prices were very competitive. Ian shared the pros and cons of both systems that he quoted and followed up with a call the next day, giving us time to digest all the information.
