Jacob B. was the tech who came to give me an estimate on a total HVAC replacement. Quoted price was very reasonable I thought!
Then he and Elijah L. were the ones who came and did the install. They were professional, explained everything in detail both during the estimate and post-install. The two best things about this experience were communication (Jake didn’t leave me hanging), and their prompt and quick service on install day. They said they’d be there and start at 9am, and that’s exactly what happened. I’m pleased with my dealings with them and would recommend.
We have used Renner for the past 10 years for repairs to our existing HVAC system and several installations of minisplit units to our new additions. The service has always been exceptional and they have stood behind their warranty on their products. I would highly recommend them!
