We have been doing business with Lynch for over 15 years. We have had a service plan for a couple of years to keep our unit clean and operating optimally. Just had a new York unit installed in a second property. The staff is top notch, Jordan and Zach are experts that will provide appropriate info when needed and answer any questions to ensure your needs are met. Carrie has always been extremely helpful and professional when communicating on the phone. We bought our Carrier heat pump from Lynch Brothers 27 years ago. We have only had to have it serviced twice during that time. We knew after 27 years we were on borrowed time with that unit. It was still working but probably not efficiently. We didn't want to get caught in the dead of winter with no heat. We talked about replacing it but never took the time to make the call to anyone.
