Free Parking and Handicap Parking, Handicap friendly when entering the building. My brother in law had an appointment went good everyone was very nice and professional treated him with so much respect and showed concern.
I called the VA Clinic in Morristown and I was told I could come and get my Veterans Health ID Card photo made taken here. When I arrived the man at the first desk (James) said that it can't be done. I told him I had just called 10 minutes before coming in and confirmed that I could get my photo taken. He said again that the system is down. He didn't bother checking with the other ladies at the desk or any supervisor. He just brushed me off and told me to come back later and to call before I arrived.
