First visit wasn’t great, but what really mattered was how they handled it. The tech wasn’t rude—just seemed rushed.
The company reached out within 10 minutes of my review to make it right, which I really appreciated. They acknowledged it being a busy day, and took ownership for the inconvenience. They scheduled a follow-up and took the time to properly fix a more complicated A/C issue.
Because of that, I’ve got them saved as a favorite and will definitely use them for routine maintenance and repair needs. Great communication, flexible, and excellent customer service.
I had an excellent experience with McDonald Heating & Air. Their team was friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable from the moment I contacted them. They arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, and took the time to explain everything clearly.
