Fell & I did hurt my left hip bad. Could not walk. Dr. sent me to their the X-ray Department. It was Friday afternoon. It is now Sunday night and I do not know anything about the X-rays. It's the weekend & all offices there are closed. This is crazy. What if my hip is broken or fractured?? I have struggled with it all weekend. They absolutely need to make exceptions for situations like this. I KNOW there has to be someone there that can read an X-ray on weekends!! If they could tell me if something is wrong I would know more of how to handle it until my Dr. returns Monday morning. Do take note, All the Physicians & Technicians in this complex are absolutely incompetent. Guess I should have gone to the Emergency Room.

was schedule for an MRI and when arrived for the appointment office was closed.. No one called to inform me of cancellation and Receptionist lied about trying to call... Left the office without a CD of my MRI so had to travel there once again to pick it up.. 65 miles round trip and a WASTED 1.5 hours of my day.. Office workers are EXTREMELY unprofessional and non-trustworthy..

Was given incorrect information about an MRI. Arrived to have the MRI taken and was lied to twice to cover for the fact that I was given the incorrect information. Being told the incorrect information is an honest mistake, but being lied to to cover for that mistake is just wrong. These people need some new training ot something. Not a good look.

Hello: I went to Bonnie Vick for a few years and stopped because I had seen her to get a referral to an ENT. She said fine. I waited a month, nothing. I called again and they wanted me to wait another month to go in to see her to get the referral. I got mad because my ears tubes were plugged up and I could not talk on the phone because I could not hear. I live alone and it was a big deal. They would not get me the referral without waiting another month. I quite them and went elsewhere. I would NOT recommend Healthstar to anyone. You will be greatly disappointed. Mary O.

What a joke! Brought my husband in New Years eve, thought he had the flu.The doctor was SOOOO rude, gave him prescriptions for an inhaler, cough syrup, and antibiotic. The antibiotic had some nasty side effects, well, my husband had a bad reaction to it 15 minutes after taking the first one. I called the clinic Sat. morning at 9:30 and again at 2:30 that same day, was informed how busy they were and the nurse would get back with me a.s.a.p. To this day, I still haven't heard a thing from them, after all, it's only been 3 days now. Not calling them back, NEVER going back there and if anyone asks me about going there, you know what I'm going to tell them right?
