I don’t know what kind of testing the phlebotomists have to go through to get hired here, but keep it up! I’ve been having to get routine lab work since I was a child. Throughout all the years of lab work from my thyroid, 3 pregnancies, other issues throughout life, I’ve never had a place have a full staff of people who know what they’re doing. I have small veins that move/roll and anywhere else I go, the phlebotomist will butcher my arms and I’m left looking like I do drugs. Every single person that’s took my blood here gets it the first try and is done so quickly.

Had to be redirected from office to main site. The receptionist was most professional, diligent, and jovial in a situation beyond either of our control. She kept me advised and stuck with me until my situation was resolved. Complete with a smile and positive attitude. I'm sad I can not recall her name.
