I’ve had him out 3 times for same problem never fixed it properly then he floods my basement more then it was didn’t have proper stuff to fix the issue then told me if it happened again within the week that he would come out and fix it so I call him today hours later he shows up and says I’m not doing it for free I was just saying that to be nice like wow really not to mention the first time he blew me off for 2 days I will not use him again I never asked him for a discount since he flooded my basement way worse the area he was in was not affected but to lie and say I will fix it free of charge then comes out and says he was just saying that half the time you don’t...read full review

Called this guy @ 10:30 am he said he would come at 12:30. Had to call again at 2:00 he had not showed up. After wasting an entire day at 5:40 pm reach out again and was told he would come on Monday, it's Saturday. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS GUY! Call a plumber who wants to work.

Same thing here. Leak up at my meter on Buffalo Trail. Called Friday morning. Be there in an hour. 3 hours later I call him back. Sir my water is turned off if you can't get here, plz tell me so I can call someone else. Oh it's raining now I'll have to wait? Aren't plumbers used to getting wet? Ok fine whatever it will be Sat. For sure. Saturday morning I call him at 920am I'll be there in a few hours. Nothing. Called him back 3 hours later oh I'm definitely on my way. 1 hour at the latest. Another 2 hours later I read the above review. Called him back told him ty for leaving me out of water all weekend and Monday is a Holiday. Don't waste your time here
