“Had an issue with billing last week - called customer service lady was very rude and did not help--Sooo I went to my local store and Michelle Melton looked up my account and was able to get the problem fixed in just a short amount of time--although I did not get any money back she was able to get me access to all my previous services through the end of the year with No More Charges,,Thank goodness cause that was A lot of money I would have been out,,,Also it has been my experience that this particular Sun tan City is always nice and clean and the employees are usually very courteous and helpful .But I really wanted to give a shout out to Michelle Melton for being so helpful to me that day whenever I was at my wit's end with this situation going on ?“
