“I can’t recommend Skin Refinery enough! The entire experience was top-notch, from the welcoming atmosphere to the incredible results. Brittany is truly amazing, her expertise with Botox and fillers is unmatched. She takes the time to listen, explains everything thoroughly, and delivers natural, beautiful results. If you’re looking for a skilled and caring professional, this is the place!”
“I am a new customer and the worker that saw me on day 1 arrived late. I was the first customer in there waiting and she took 3 people ahead of me. I went ahead and paid for a full month. I tanned in the bed she told me to tan in. The bed is the worst bed I have ever been in at a salon. It never got hot. The face tanner didn't work. Today is day 2 it's past time for the worker to be here and their not here. I want a full refund and I will not be going back. It's 20 minutes past time for them to open. The workers are not reliable. I do not recommend this place to anyone. I will drive 45 minutes one way and pay $60 more a month like i have been doing to keep from going to this awful place. If I don't get a refund I will be reporting to the better business bureau. I would like to speak with the owner as well. Highly do not recommend this place to anyone. I'd give 0 stars if I could.
Update: the owner made it right. She put me in one of the best beds. I highly recommend this salon. Lisa the owner is so sweet.”
