“We traveled from Ohio to find our beautiful boy Bear, now called Sonny. Dealing with Michelle was a great experience and you can see how much she loves Labradors. His brother Dillon is teaching him the ropes of how to be nice to the baby bunnies and how it's ok to chase the geese into the pond. We will be training him to be a service dog for myself and have already selected our trainer. Thank you for entrusting us to be his new family, we will take great care of him.“

“My puppy was in desperate need of a haircut. His hair was tangled and getting matted. Though Gentle Touch is normally pretty booked up they were able to get me scheduled in a reasonable time frame to help my lil guy out. I was able to drop him off before work and pick him up after without any additional charges. The best part is I was able to communicate with them throughout the day and was reassured that he was doing well, and not a bother to them.
