“The staff in the manchester office was fantastic. This was my second experience in this office. The first was with a very sick cat that I had to put down. The staff was so sweet and compassionate. This visit was to have my other cat spayed. Again the staff was caring and explained everything in terms I understood. Very much h recommended this office.”
“From our very first phone call, we knew we had found the right place to board our dogs while we were out of town. We boarded all four of our dogs with them, and they answered all of our questions while also sharing helpful information we hadn’t thought to ask. Not once did we feel unsure—their positive attitude and energy are amazing.
Since our dogs had never boarded before, they suggested scheduling a doggie daycare day first so they could get comfortable. That way, instead of just dropping them off and leaving, they learned we would be coming back for them. We thought that was such a great idea.
When we picked them up, they were excited to see us—as expected—but we could tell they had a great time.
We will definitely be boarding with them again, especially with an upcoming trip in July.

“My dog has separation anxiety & has stayed at UR PET’S HOME AWAY FROM HOME CAGELESS BOARDING several times & loves it! Dianne is so good with animals & she has a huge fenced in back yard for them to run around & play. She always sends me pictures & keeps me updated while my dog is there. Dianne is the best & I never have to worry while my dog is there.”
