I want to give a sincere thank you to Flag City Towing, Inc., especially Jason. My car broke down on May 2, 2026, while I was driving from Florida back to Colorado. Jason initially towed my vehicle to my hotel because the dealership was closed and would not reopen until 1:00 PM the next day, Sunday. The next morning, I had to be back on the road by 10:00 AM and had to trust that Jason would tow my vehicle to the dealership after I left. Not only did he do exactly that, but he also put my key in a service envelope and dropped it in Southaven Kia’s service box. He kept me informed through phone calls and texts and even sent me pictures of the envelope... read full review

hi my name is Ronny L Chandler Sr. an i just want to say to you that i thank God for your tow truck Driver Mr. Cody ,i was backing into my Drive way on the resent fallen snow ,an it was more slippery than i thought ,i slid in the ditch ,i knew i could'nt pull out ,i told my wife ,we prayed an i mean out of no where ,this young man drove up an asked me if i needed help i said yes, i told him my name an he told me his name, then he said I'm a tow truck driver this is what i do he said an said i can pull you out with out a problem ,i offered to pay him, he declined the pay ,an i said GOD sent you Cody, GOD BLESS YOU, he thanked me an pulled me out of that ditch... read full review
