They do good work. They want half upfront. Do not pay the second half until they clean up their trash. I have seven giant bags of trash left on my porch that other workers have had to work around. Contractor informed them multiple times and still no clean up. I paid them before they cleaned it up because the guy told me he would be back to pick it up and I fell for it. Even bought them lunch one of the days they were working and left a big mess.Update 2/11/24 they replied to my review within 24 hours and resolved the issue within a couple days. Update: The Regional Manager, Nick, followed up with the issues that I originally reported. He clarified some of the stocking issues and promised to finish the job. He scheduled a day for him and the Milan location Manager, Todd, to come out. He arrived 30 minutes early with all of the missing pieces and he immediately went to work. Todd arrived shortly thereafter and helped finish the job. Overall, both Todd and Nick were personable, professional, and went above and beyond to make everything right.
