We have hired Yates a number of times for our home and my business for A/C and electrical jobs. We have been very pleased with the quality of their work and their pricing. It is difficult to find honest and quality workers it seems, but Yates is definitely both honest and very good at what they do.
As a Realtor, I need reliable and honest contractors to recommend to my clients. Yates is exactly that and is very quick to respond to my calls. I would highly recommend him for all things HVAC and electrical.
Yates is always what I need for reliability, professionalism and getting the work done. Recently had the AC go out. I called after hours, they called back with concern and set a time to come out. Came at time promised, quickly addressed the problem and fixed it. I have had electrical issues in the past and relied on Yates. It was great and timely work plus good competitive prices. Highly recommend!
