Al recently replaced two 18 year old Carrier units with a 2.5 Ton and 4 Ton, 15. 2 SEER DAIKIN Heat & Air Systems, with UV Lights for air purification. Al was most competitive on price and Clay and his team arrived on-time and did an Excellent job. They protected my floors, very efficient, organized and completed the job ahead of schedule. DAIKIN also provides some of the best warranties around. I am very satisfied with the customer service, delivery and product installation provided by Al and his team. When my last unit fails; you can bet that Al will be my first call for another quote.
WAKE UP CALL..
After using the same Heating & Air Company for about 30+ years, we contacted them to quote us a price on new a/c unit and heater. We knew we wanted Trane. Gentleman came out and gave us a quote. We were shocked at the price for the replacement.
We decided to get another quote from another Trane Dealer; AL BRITT HEATING AND AIR.
From the very beginning and actually talking to Al Britt personally, every aspect was handled promptly, professionally and fairly.
Oh, did we mention Al Britt was $8K less than our trusted former heating and air company?
Needless to say, we have moved on and are beyond satisfied.

Excellent work. Showed up within an hour, diagnosed the issue as a capacitor and seized fan motor. Watched him test the capacitor and it was all tested properly. Got out with the fan motor and capacitor together at only $440 after installation fees.
Kyle's an excellent tech there, absolutely the only place I'm calling for future HVAC work!
